Immunization Information

According to Immunization Law (Senate Bill 895) effective 2015-2016 school year, MountainStar is required to make immunization and exemption rates available.

2018 - 2019 Rates:
MountainStar Bend (Deschutes County):  Enrollment = 46; Nonmedical Exemptions = 0; Percent Immunized= 98%
MountainStar Madras (Jefferson County):  Enrollment = 21; Nonmedical Exemptions = 1; Percent Immunized= 90%
MountainStar Prineville (Crook County):  Enrollment = 14; Nonmedical Exemptions = 1; Percent Immunized= 71%

Camp Fire Teens in Action Birthday Parties

Camp Fire Teens in Action are helping out families in need by putting on birthday parties (or providing party necessities) for children that otherwise would not be able to have a party.

Holding 17 community screenings every year, Healthy Beginnings strives to connect families with information and services to ensure their child is healthy, happy and ready to succeed. Healthy Beginnings screenings are FREE to all children.

Best Care advocates and provides compassionate care in the treatment and prevention of addictions and mental illness. They offer evidence-based services for you or a loved one through referrals or self-help. The Jefferson County Kids Club in Madras

Jefferson County Kids Club provides enrichment activities and opportunities for kids to learn important skills, in a safe environment, that will enable them to reach their full potential.

The Crook County Kids Club

The Crook County Kids Club is located at Barnes Butte Elementary, 1875 NE Ironhorse Way in Prineville, Oregon. The year-round program is available to all Crook County students, as well as students visiting for the summer or holiday breaks. They provide after-school enrichment activities and a nine-week summer program for ages K-8, with an emphasis on leadership, community, and kindness. Scholarships are available.
