Immunization Information

According to Immunization Law (Senate Bill 895) effective 2015-2016 school year, MountainStar is required to make immunization and exemption rates available.

2022 - 2023 Rates:
MountainStar Bend (Deschutes County):  Enrollment = 24; Nonmedical Exemptions = 1; Percent Immunized= 95.8%
MountainStar Redmond (Deschutes County): Enrollment = 22; Nonmedical Exemptions = 0; Percent Immunized= 100%
MountainStar Madras (Jefferson County):  Enrollment = 31; Nonmedical Exemptions = 0; Percent Immunized= 100%
MountainStar Prineville (Crook County):  Enrollment = 23; Nonmedical Exemptions = 3; Percent Immunized= 87%
